What does your current work with Horizon Strategies entail?
I provide senior leadership and management of Cyber, Information Warfare and IT related programs for Horizon Strategies.
What are some of your professional career highlights?
I retired as a Colonel after over 27 years on active duty in the U.S. Army which included combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. As the US European Command Chief of Information Operations and Special Activities (J39), I led all military information and technical influence programs in Europe from 2011-15. I also served as the NATO Communication Director for ISAF, in Afghanistan, 2010-2011. After retiring from the military, I became an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in the Technology, Cybersecurity and Policy graduate program at CU Boulder.
